1. Reauthorize the CONRAD 30 Program (H.R. 4942) to retain 1,500 essential foreign-born medical graduates annually, crucial for rural and urban underserved areas.

2. Enable J-1 Visa Transfers (DOCTORS Act, H.R. 6980) to optimize visa use, ensuring no state's allocation goes unused, filling critical healthcare gaps.

3. Increase the J-1 Visa Cap (Doctors in our Borders Act, H.R. 4875) to 100 visas per state, expanding the program's reach to meet growing healthcare demands.

These steps are vital for alleviating the healthcare provider shortfall, ensuring accessible medical care for all Americans. We urge your support in advancing these measures for the health and well-being of our nation's communities.
